What This Role Looks Like (For Real)

  • 20–25 hours per week on average
  • Predictable, scheduled shifts — not “as needed”
  • Two consistent weekdays (8:30am–6:00pm)
  • Every other Saturday morning only (8:30am–1:00pm)
  • No Sundays. No holidays.
  • Transparency matters: occasional weeks of up to 40 hours when covering vacations, PTO, or sick leave for teammates
