The following questions relate to different scenarious you may encounter in a pharmacy. We recognize you don't know our store policies or our culture, so don't overthink your answers. These questions give us a general understanding of what type of training (if any) you have in customer service. We aren't judging your grammar! Just answer to the best of your ability--these scenarios don't have "one right answer."

Brashear's Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. We have 2 locations (one in Inverness and one in Lecanto). We also offer a delivery service to the surrounding areas. Completing this application acknowledges that

• You are available to work between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:15 pm Monday through Friday.
• You are available to work between the hours of 8:00 am and 1:15 pm on Saturday.
• You are willing and able to make patient deliveries using your personal vehicle if asked.
• You are willing and able to work other positions if needed, within licensing parameters. For example, a pharmacy technician may be asked to serve as a clerk, or a pharmacy clerk may be asked to fill in as a delivery driver.
• You are able to make occassional staff meetings before or after work, as early as 7 am, or as late as 7:30 pm. Occassional means up to every other month, with advanced notice.
